Useful links and information for Clayton Civitan Football Coaches & Trainers

Important Dates:
  • July 22, 2017:  Clayton Civitan Day at Dicks' Sporting Goods - 20% off the entire store
  • July 22, 2017:  Civitan work day to complete remaining football work items
  • July 24, 2017:  Last day of Football registration
  • July 29, 2017:  Civitan work day to complete remaining football work items.
  • July 30, 2018 @ 6:00 PM:  Mandatory Heads Up Football Certification Training for all coaches at the Civitan building
  • July 31, 2018:  First day of practice
  • August 15, 2017:  EWFL League Meeting and Birth Certificate Check - All coaches must attend to assist with league-wide birth certificate check.

USA Football Registration & Coach's Certification

Instructions for New Coaches
  1. Go to the USA Football Web Site and Create an Account.  Don’t forget to search for and select “Clayton Civitan  Youth Football and Cheerleading” in the “Organization” form field.  https://usafootball.com/register?redirect=/checkout/certificates/17.
  2. Click on “My Dashboard”
  3. Select “Youth Tackle Certification” by clicking on the “BUY” button.  The cost is $10.
  4. Enter your credit card information
  5. Complete the course material and be sure to save your certificate or other proof of completion.
 
Instructions for Returning Coaches
  1. Log-in to USA Football Web site with your account information - https://usafootball.com/login
  2. Complete the form if you need to add more information – be sure to search for and select “Clayton Civitan  Youth Football and Cheerleading” in the “Organization” form field.
  3. Click on “My Dashboard”
  4. Select “Youth Tackle Certification” by clicking on the “BUY” button.  The cost is $10.
  5. Enter your credit card information
  6. Complete the course material and be sure to save your certificate or other proof of completion.
