Football and cheerleader registration is open until August 5th. Practice begins Monday August 1st. You can register your child using our new online system or download the registration form and mail it to us with your check and birth certificate. Heads Up Football® is a comprehensive program developed by USA Football to advance player safety in the game of football. Clayton Civitan are proud members of this organization and are committed to the safety and wellness of our players, cheerleaders and coaches.
